Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Big Bud Press items, but if the fit isn't quite right, we accept returns for refund or store credit within 21 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or perform a direct size exchange.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
